Job Description


Responsible for order processing and follow up. Manage customer relationships, administration and logistics. Work in close cooperation with Area Sales Managers to grow market presence. Support local marketing needs in cooperation with global marketing team.

  • Efficient management of feedback and complaints
  • Responsible for the overall excellent customer service experience of customers
  • Lead the operations team to work within specific standards and schedules required
  • Management overall costs including goods, material, equipment and manpower
