What You\xe2\x80\x99II Do:

  • Attend to incoming chat enquiries
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 transactions and requests



What You\xe2\x80\x99II Need:

  • Diploma from a local polytechnic
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
