Job Description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Care Representative:
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle detailing operations, including delivery and retrieval of rental and replacement vehicles, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to vehicle breakdowns on a rotational basis and perform minor on-site repairs (e.g., tire replacement, battery jump-starts).
- Execute ad-hoc vehicle detailing assignments as required.
- Participate in on-the-job training for skill development.xefxbbxbf
- Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Basic experience in vehicle maintenance, such as tire changes and jump-starting.
- xefxbbxbfWillingness to work rotational shifts, including 24/7 breakdown standby duty.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Prior experience in the vehicle rental industry is an advantage.
- Possession of a Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving license is an advantage.
- Salary:xefxbbxbf Up to SGD 1,800 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months) xefxbbxbf+ Allowance + Incentives + OT
- Working Location: Outram Park
- Working Hours: xefxbbxbf5.5 Work Week, Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM
