What you'll do:

- Be the first Point of Contact: Greet our members with warmth, energy, and professionalism as they walk through the door. Your positive attitude will set the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive.

- Coordinate Class Check-ins: Ensure smooth check-ins and assist with scheduling. Your help in ensuring the flow of the studio is seamless will be invaluable to us.

- Handle Client Inquiries: Be the go-to person for all things HQTC :) Answer questions about class schedules, memberships, and services, making sure every client feels informed and valued.

- Provide stellar Customer Service: Help create a welcoming and stress-free environment by offering information and resolving concerns.

- Studio maintenance: Help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our clients to enjoy during every visit.

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
