Location: Boon Lay Way

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office hours

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Act as customers\' representative & serve as main contact point for customers

\xc2\xb7 Promote and propose Service Solutions & chiller maintenance contract to building consultants and contractors

\xc2\xb7 Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with new customers

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention

\xc2\xb7 Resolves customer complaints through investigation and make recommendation to customers

\xc2\xb7 Any other relevant job assignment from times to times

Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/ Degree in in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Customer driven and willing to learn new options/ offerings to fulfil customers\' requirements

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in HVAC, ACMV, RMS system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Experience in technical sales

\xc2\xb7 Experience as consultant, ESCO, engineer are valued; ability to earn trust from customers

\xc2\xb7 Those without prior experience but interested to join this line is welcomed
