• Provide support to enquiries on promotions, products and services
• Instill customer loyalty and retain customers through the company\'s retention strategies
• Resolve customers complaint/ feedback and all difficult customer enquiries
• Manage post-sales service-related matters for existing clients

• Diploma with minimum 1 year Customer Service / Telemarketing experience
