Description and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join the Customer Delivery Management Team within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).

This role will reside within the AP Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful execution of complex projects in accordance with quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role, maintaining effective communication between our clients and internal teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment and Service Delivery Partners.

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

\xc2\xb7 Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

\xc2\xb7 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.

\xc2\xb7 Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.

\xc2\xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (7+ years) in a customer-facing project manager role managing complex IT projects (preferable nature in IoT Integration, Software Development) from initiation to closure.

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.

\xc2\xb7 PMP, or equivalent project management certification.

Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal and written), Cantonese (Optional)
