Job Description


Johnson & Johnson Singapore is recruiting a Customer Development Executive in Vision Care. The main task of a Customer Development Executive in Vision Care is to represent Johnson & Johnson in front of Eye care professionals making sure JJVC products are used based on their own merit, and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. Customer Development Executive (CDE) promotes registered JnJ products within registered indications in order to increase JJVC products access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place through detailing JJVC products value in order to serve more eligible patients.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving Vision Care sales objectives and other business/company goals, which includes increasing market share and penetration, and category growth, by managing and growing an assigned set of customers, and developing new accounts.
  • Maximize Patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting J&J compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws
  • Ensuring Execution excellence.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors
  • Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers.
  • Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
  • Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provides input to sales forecast.
  • Relays relevant market information to management.
  • Identifies potential impacts to business
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree and above
  • Experience in Eye Health, Pharm business and exposure in a FMCG environment will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Possesses the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate resilience in a competitive environment
  • Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing environment
