The role of the Customer Service Agent is to own and manage the customer experience of their assigned customers. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the end-to-end shipment cycle in compliance with the company procedures, ensuring that the cargo is transported as per the transport plan promised to the customer or keeping customers informed of relevant deviations.
The position is 1 year fixed-term contract.
