Customer Experience Agent (1 Year Contract)

Job Description



The role of the Customer Service Agent is to own and manage the customer experience of their assigned customers. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the end-to-end shipment cycle in compliance with the company procedures, ensuring that the cargo is transported as per the transport plan promised to the customer or keeping customers informed of relevant deviations.
The position is 1 year fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for any problems or issues encountered by customer and act as a primary point of contact for customers, be the Customer advocate internally in Maersk.

  • Handle and resolve customer concerns with relevant desks to improve customer experience with Maersk.

  • Able to promote and upsell logistics and services products based on understanding of customers’ business needs.

  • Be in control of the experience customers feel and become their trusted partner.

  • Network with clients and build relationships.

  • Work in a high performing and dynamic environment.

  • Use state of the art platforms to interact with customers and improve their experience

  • Own and improve customer satisfaction.
