Position Summary


The Executive Assistant to VP APAC & Customer Service Experience Centre Manager, will take the overall responsibilities to provide administrative support to Vice President, Asia/Pacific Healthcare and overall Customer Experience Centre / Office management in Singapore, the regional hub for STERIS APAC Healthcare.

Duties


Administrative Support to VP APAC Healthcare
  • Working closely with VP APAC in building and maintaining communications and relationships with a range of stakeholders, including the APAC leadership team, head office teams and personal contacts, etc.
  • Support executives in business presentations, analytical management reports, executive communications, employee communications, issues and crisis management
  • Prepare Power point presentations, Excel worksheets, briefing papers, monthly and periodic reports as required
  • Coordinate monthly regional business meetings and write up minutes of meetings to ensure follow through and summarize action plan to the leadership team
  • Calendar management, travel planning, expenses report processing, internal & external meeting organization and logistics support
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Customer Experiences Center Management
  • Lead the renovation of Customer Experiences Center and be the main responsible to manage Customer Experiences Center in Singapore
  • Welcome and arranging internal colleagues and external clients/customers visiting Customer Experiences Center, ensure good experiences, including but not limited to, trip coordination, arranging hotels and transfers, meal and drinks, etc.
  • Demos and infrastructural management in the Customer Experiences Center
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
  • Office Management
  • Lead the office renovation in Singapore and be the main responsible for office management
  • Track, negotiate and renew office contracts
  • Plan and execute regular maintenance / repair of office equipment
  • Verify office vendor invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Purchase, monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail to departments
  • Provide admin/secretariat support to ensure a smooth-running office
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Education Degree



Required Experience


Positive and Flexible Problem solving Good communication skills, both spoken and written Can work under pressure, multi-tasks Good time management skill Good project management skill Bachelor Degree is preferred
