UWCSEA East Campus is looking for a Customer Experience Executive (Administration & Receiving) to join in June 2023. The Customer Experience Executive will oversee and assist all customer experience Ambassadors in the performance of their job duties. You are required to build a strong team and shape staff behaviours to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes. Your responsibilities will include but not limit to the following: Main Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of assigned Customer Experience Ambassadors and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.
  • Hires entry-level customer service employees.
  • Trains new employees in the company\'s customer experience policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Organises and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities (Admin) The primary purpose of this position is to provide day to day leadership and ensure the smooth running of the administrative support of general College activities coupled with fantastic customer service. This includes:
  • College Receiving and Asset Management
  • Proper Control and Managed the school central store for Stationary and General Supplies through the POS system.
  • Printing and Reprographic Support as needed
  • Provide management Reports and analysis as required
  • Management of Delivery and Incoming and Outgoing mails/parcels
  • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
  • Develop written policies and procedures to ensure the methodical and structured management of the function.
  • Responsible for ensuring goods and services are appropriately received in the College and reconciled against PO and updating receiving records on all POs\xe2\x80\x99 purchases in the CRM system
  • Administrative Support as Required

  • Accurate Record Keeping
  • Related Administrative Systems documentation and Compliance
  • Health and Safety of all subordinates.
Person Specifications
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administrative support
  • Experience in the Facilities related industry will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer orientated and happy to assist
  • Competent PC skills
  • Highly Proactive
  • Hardworking and willing to Learn
  • Teamplayer
  • Willing to work towards creating a culture within the operation that is dedicated to the principles of Best Value and to meeting the needs of the customer and other stakeholders.
  • 4 - 7 years administrative support experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google suite, Point of Sales and CRM Software
  • Patient and Meticulous \xe2\x80\x93 good eye for detail and Accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills when liaising with internal stakeholders / Suppliers
  • Excellent School Knowledge
  • Analysis and Reporting Skills
  • Administrative Writing Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
