Personalize client services, stay updated on industry trends, support boutique management, oversee staff standards, manage food and beverage services, promote long-term client relationships, create memorable experiences, communicate client feedback, design training programs, conduct evaluations, organize events, and manage event logisticsThe Opportunity:

  • As a Client Experience Manager, your primary responsibilities encompass ensuring consistent delivery of brand values to all clients.
  • You will collaborate closely with the retail team to enhance customer experience, foster brand loyalty, and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Ivolves regularly meeting with clients to understand and exceed their personalized needs, staying updated on industry trends, and supporting boutique management by bridging relationships between brand/commercial teams and boutique staff.
  • you will oversee retail staff standards, manage food and beverage services at the boutique, and promote a client-centric mindset to build long-term relationships.
  • Your role also includes working with the brand and sales teams to create unique experiences, managing client feedback, and developing training programs to enhance staff capabilities in client interaction and hospitality.
  • You will further be involved in organizing and managing marketing events, product launches, and VIP gatherings, ensuring seamless event logistics and providing exceptional service to local and international VIP clients.
The Talent:
  • With experience preferably in luxury retail fashion, timepieces, and any relevant industry.
  • Presentable, pleasant, and outgoing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
