Your Focus As Customer Experience Marketing Leader, you will ensure the extraordinary development and delivery of local market insights to create uncommon customer experience. Collaborating with local teams and engaging with customers, you will bring forward the market trends, opportunities, initiatives and targeted local marketing promotions and creative, impactful communication. The role will see you garner category insight, creating value from various markets and consumers for taste, food and beverages projects. You will drive creative presentations that have commercial relevance along with innovative ideas that create experience. To deliver this portfolio, you will lead a team of Customer Experience Marketing Team across South East Asia, Indonesia and Oceania markets. The role is Singapore based and will report to Regional Marketing Leader, Greater Asia. How you will Contribute Coach Customer Experience Marketing Team in ensuring local customer engagements and activities are well organized. Drive local engagement with customers with powerful storytelling, compelling ideas and meaningful ways to connect. Provide expertise on market analysis and the generation of insights on various markets. Engagement with new potential customers, brands, food & beverage products, flavors and associated recommendations for the business. Support proactive and reactive customer driven projects in a way that significantly increases the chances of generating winning business opportunities. Be the strategic partner in bringing forward local insights, trends and identifying opportunities, and relevant initiatives as key team member in Greater Asia Regional Marketing Team. Deliver creative and impactful communication both internally and externally. Lead event management such as exhibitions, conferences, food safaris, communication planning etc whenever necessary. Job Requirements What you will need to be successful Master's or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience in B2C or B2B environment from either Food Ingredients industry or Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Working experience in advertising agency is an added advantage. At least 4-5 years of team leading or management experience. Strong communication lead proven track record and excellent presentation skills. Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumer and different markets. Expertise in market analysis, communication campaigns, concept development and event management. Proficiency of data mining, analysis, insight generation and drawing conclusions. Capability to digest marketing information from numerous sources as well as data sources, create logical arguments and apply it relevantly, to determine direction and future idea focus. Strong business acumen and ability to translate market and consumer insights into business opportunities. Collaborative approach with cross-functional team and driven to lead project execution at local market level. Ambitious, proactive, creative and willing to embrace and deliver change. Ability to deliver in a fast pace environment and under pressure. Curious approach, enjoy difficult challenges. Creates compelling communication to teams or stakeholders to drive strategy. Experience in building effective teams, including recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining talents. Team player, ability to motivates others towards a common goal to achieve results.
