Responsibilities

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Communications or related field
Warm, approachable communication style
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Eagerness to learn about company products and services
