Main Responsibilities

POS Execution

  • Support the look of success for all relevant channels within the market, to set specific and clear POS execution guidelines for the sales team.
  • Lead POS Kit development across all customers.
  • Manage brand POS & Inventory.
Customer Marketing responsibilities
  • Assist Marketing Manager/s in aligning customer marketing initiatives with brand and market priorities through collaboration with brand marketing, commercial teams, and external partners in annual planning processes.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of a calendar of initiatives per channel/customer by brand based on brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Category teams for preparation, coordination, and delivery of Retailer/Distributor events, Tradeshows, and Customer meetings, as well as ad hoc events.
  • Activity Evaluation: full post-activity review and evaluation to enable learning and continuous improvement
  • Analyze both internal and external sales (Sell-in, Sell Through, and sell-out retail data) to identify distribution gaps, threats, and opportunities for channels/retailers.
  • Monitor market performance to identify risks and opportunities, support the Marketing Manager to unite the team behind the risks and opportunities, and create plans against them.
  • Integrating in-store and on-premise programs into the comprehensive brand plan and strategy.
  • Utilizing insights to develop shopper marketing initiatives that address the fundamental needs of a specific market and retail partners.
  • Developing programs that provide a source of differentiation for both the supplier and the retail partner.
  • Creating intuitive, straightforward programs that provide both information and education to shoppers/consumers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction, and execution of marketing programs.
  • Utilize return on investment (ROI) models for all activities to manage profitability.
  • Development and delivery of all relevant communication touchpoints for sales execution.
External Agencies
  • Support the relation with external trade marketing agencies, ensuring full alignment of the POS materials to the brand guidelines.
  • Manage agency relationships - BTL & Experiential, to achieve the best results as well seeking to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Responsible to brief and for the subsequent evaluation of brand activations from the agencies, establishing high executions and evaluation standards.
  • Take charge of executing media strategy including digital and traditional media & partnerships in line with the brand strategies. ATL, BTL & Experiential, to achieve the best results as well as seeking to bring new and creative ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with a digital agency for campaign amplification and optimization.
Management of administrative processes
  • Execute all administrative processes necessary for the operation of the area, ensuring that all internal flow of approvals, budget control, and alignment of contracts are correctly executed.
  • Manage the market/client level P&L with the relevant sales contacts including day-to-day Customer Marketing budget management and reporting and PO/Invoice management.
  • Responsible for complying with company policies, procedures, and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management, and Health & Safety.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree - Communication, Business Administration, advertising, economics, and related.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer, Trade, and/or Marketing areas, ideally FMCG.
  • Industry and wine knowledge (preferable).
  • Experience Commercial Areas - Beer/Wines/Spirits (Preferable).
  • Positive attitude & willing to learn mindset.
  • Self-starter - Comfortable working independently, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
