We are one of Singapore's reputable boutiques specializing in the buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. As a growing company, we are expanding and seeking a motivated

Customer & Operations Executive

to join our team. If you are keen to build a career in the luxury retail industry, this is the role for you.


Requirements



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.

Responsibilities



Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries. Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory. Assist with watch authentication and related documentation. Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings. Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
