Customer Outreach Executive
, you'll play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, sharing information about our services and helping to create a positive first impression.What You'll Do
Contact potential customers through calls or messages to introduce our services and explain how we can help Handle simple enquiries and provide clear information to interested individuals Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team to follow up Keep customer details and conversation notes updated in our system Share feedback and ideas to improve outreach messages and approaches
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in any field Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality Organised, reliable and eager to learn new things Enjoys working with people and building connections Prior experience in customer service or calling roles is an advantage
