Recruiting for 2 positions as below:

Customer Quality Engineer

(Automotive - IATF 16949) - North area, up to $5500 (Basic)*

Quality Assurance Executive

( Food Safety - FSSC 22000) - West area, up to $4000 (Basic)*

We are seeking a

dedicated Quality professional

to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role will support our operations either in the

automotive manufacturing environment (IATF 16949)

or in the

food distribution and processing environment (FSSC 22000)

.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 / FSSC 22000). Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Support and lead internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth production and delivery processes. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records for traceability.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field. Prior experience in

Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering

within manufacturing, automotive, or food industries. Knowledge of

IATF 16949 / FSSC 22000

standards (mandatory) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and liaise with customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
