Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Quality Engineer to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of
Customer Quality Engineer
:
Act as the main contact for customer quality issues, communication, and audits
Lead investigations, implement CAPA, and close non-conformance cases
Monitor quality data, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain process control documentation
Provide training on quality standards and best practices to internal teams
Requirements:
Min Degree in engineering field
Min 4-5 years of customer quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry
Good communication skills
Proficient in ISO 9001, root cause analysis tools, and CAPA processes.
