Responsibilities:
Client Outreach - Call potential clients to introduce the company's products and services
Service Promotion - Share information about offerings clearly and professionally to generate interest
Email Follow-Up - Send follow-up materials such as brochures and invitations to encourage engagement
Database Management - Keep client contact information accurate and up to date
Relationship Building - Maintain positive relationships through regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging corporate professionals
Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
