1. Will be incharge of customer satisfaction.
2. Building and maintaining good relationships with customer.
3. Take the extra mile to engage customer.
4. Manage Chope reservation system (training provided)
5. Manage bookings and a walk in customers.
6. Assigning tables to customers based on availability.
7. Ensure tables turn over (training provided).
8. Accompany customers to the assigned table.
