Customer Relations Management Associate (CRM Associate) - Calauan LagunaQualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any course, preferably Agriculture or its equivalent.
- With at least 1 year experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Intermediate proficiency on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Contacts customers for product knowledge dissemination, sales and promotions, product launching, product survey, etc.
- Provides information to farmers and retailers about product knowledge dissemination, sales and promotions, product launching
- Creates and continually updates the centralized database that includes complete information of existing & new retailers and famers in the assigned area.
- Monitors and provides monthly reports which include summary of calls, messages, call results, product complaints, etc. in a given timeline
