Job Description

Our client in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Customer Relations & Office Operations Manager to act as the primary liaison for B2B customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams in the Singapore office to support business activities across the SEA region.
Maintain regular correspondence with Headquarters to align on service standards and operational updates.
Oversee office backend operations, including administrative tasks and process improvements, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to manage cross-border interactions.
Detail-oriented and proactive in handling both client relations and office operations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
