answering to home owner queries
processing request for any home defect works to be carried out
handling and resolving complaints
regularly contacting home owners to ensure good service standards
answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel to attend
communicating with home owners vi mail, email or social media
schedule, change or cancel appointments for rectification works
* establishing positive rapport with all home owners via phone or emails.
