:
- Handle new client enquiries with a friendly, sales-driven approach
- Actively promote and sell services to prospective and existing clients
- Liaise effectively between therapists and clients to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
- Manage booking, and ensure optimal scheduling of clients for therapists
- Support daily operational matters alongside the operational exec, administrative staff and therapy team
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
- Contribute positively to the team environment and foster excellent client relationships
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Good command of the English language- both written and verbal
- Proven sales experience or a strong sales background is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients confidently
- Highly organized with strong scheduling and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently
- Experience liaising between clients and service providers (e.g., therapists) is preferred
- Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or operations support is a plus
