Customer Relations Services Representative (security)

Job Description
The Customer Relations Services Representative provides support to the Supervisor and Manager in the implementation of the security plans and programs of the department. These are but not limited to:
- Checking the attendance of security agency personnel;
- Conducting regular inspection of all security posts in the mall;
- Investigating security incidents and/or violations and preparing related reports;
- Conducting security orientation to new tenants;
- Ensuring proper monitoring of traffic situation and parking area status;
- Attending to all types of complaints in coordination with Mall Operations;
- Ensuring the manning of security posts is properly done;
- Filing of document
- Full-time regular post.
- Willing to be assigned at SM City Molino
- Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelors/College Degree in any field 4 year course.
- Flexible to work schedules supporting mall operations.
- Preferrably 5'6 in height and good body built.
