Our company is growing, and we\'re looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as interns.



We are seeking a proactive, customer-centric intern to support our Customer Relationship and Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining our customer relationships and helping drive sales by learning to upsell and cross-sell our unique pet grooming services and products.

Learning Opportunities: * Gain an in-depth understanding of the pet grooming industry, including insights into animal behaviour and pet care trends.

  • Develop foundational skills and knowledge related to customer service and sales in the pet grooming industry.
  • Opportunity to work and learn in a growing, dynamic business environment.
Availability:

Minimum commitment of 3 days per week for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management Support:
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with our pet owners.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and gathering feedback.
  • Learn to utilize data to improve our services and customer experience.
2. Sales and Upselling Assistance:
  • Support in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Learn to understand and anticipate customer needs.Support in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Front of House Assistance:
  • Assist in ensuring the front of the house is welcoming and reflects our commitment to a stress-free experience for pets and their owners.
  • Support in overseeing the scheduling and managing financial responsibilities of the front desk.
  • Assist in monitoring staff performance.
4. Team Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our customers\' experience.
  • Assist in maintaining clear and regular communication with management regarding operations and customer relations.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Support in utilising our in-house CRM systems to track customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in generating reports and providing recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
  • An interest in customer service and sales.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for pets and interest in understanding their needs.
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business, Communications, or related diploma/degree program.
  • Diploma/\'A\' Level Equivalent Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per month
