This is a 6 Months Contract role.

Salary Range: Up to $2,200.00 Per Month

Working hours:

9am to 630pm, Monday to Sunday.

Staff will be rostered to work on weekends (at times, to work both Saturday and Sunday on the same week) and PHs as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Providing backroom support for Online Store E2E orders: * ID Verification

• Order processing
• Rescheduling of delivery appointments
• Order cancellation and Refund

2. Engaging customers via live chat, assisting them on issues encountered during online purchase journey.

3. Providing follow up service to customers in relations to the online orders submitted.

4. Manages Online Store Logistics (requisition and publishing of stocks) for: * Voice SIM Cards

• Data SIM Cards
• DVH numbers
• Handsets
• Premiums

5. Work closely with project teams, both internal and external, on backend system requirements for Online Store related enhancements/launches.

6. Monitor and track all faults escalated to IS, ensuring issues are fixed on timely manner.

7. Conceptualizing and materializing automations. * Ensuring high level of integrity while performing ID verification

• Making sure that all orders are processed with zero to minimal errors
• All follow up cases assigned are promptly attended
• Provide single chat/call resolution

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma or undergraduate are welcome (On-job-training provided)
• Some customer service experience
• Able to start work immediately and commit for at least 6 months
