Job Description


  • Up to $3500, 12 Months Contract with Completion Bonus
  • MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company, West near MRT station
  • Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm with WFH Arrangement
  • Experiences in End to End Order Fulfillment is a MUST

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the activities of all departments (Production, QC, Accounts, Sales, Warehouse, and Transport) involved in the order fulfillment process.
  • Ensuring the order is accurately entered in the SAP system/relevant IT business system and monitored for fulfillment.
  • Close follow-up and coordination to provide timely and accurate information about the order to the customer.
  • Checking product availability and liaising with the supply chain to ensure fulfillment of the order on the customer's required delivery date.
  • Creatively identifying and proactive suggestions of possible solutions in the event of insufficient product availability.
  • Keeping customers informed of any changes in the timing of their orders due to production or other problems.
  • Helping to reduce slow-moving stock and working capital by regularly reviewing concession-able stock and offering this stock to suitable customers.
  • Helping to maximize revenue collection by regularly reviewing blocked and out-standing orders
  • Promptly dealing with any complaints a customer may raise.
  • Progress orders using the SAP system, ensuring "ready to ship" orders are prioritized and dealt with at the correct time with regard to transport route lead times and required delivery dates
  • Liaise with external Companies and Authorities to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and legal requirements, ensuring all documentation necessary for customs clearances and payments is accurately produced.
  • Place orders with agreed forwarding agents, shipping lines, airlines, and haulage companies as appropriate for the destination and size of the load.
Requirements:
  • GCE, NITEC, or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in supporting an end to end order fulfillment in the manufacturing industry
  • Good Knowledge of International Trade regulations and documentation for all areas.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
  • Familiar with MS Office software and competent in SAP system
  • Great team player to be able to work with everyone on the team and take lead in any change management.
  • Attuned to using data analysis to identify root causes and drive improvements within the
