Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback and requests
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates and follow-ups
Support initiatives to improve client experience and engagement
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in customer service, client relations or related roles is a plus
