Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Relationship Specialist/ Customer Relationship Officer
- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + OT + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Ensures timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data entry into In-house systems.
- Reviews incoming orders (commercial) according to established guidelines.
- Executes order-processing-related activities, according to guidelines.
- Enters customer orders into In-house systems.
- Coordinates with sales, shipping, factories and internal functions to resolve problems associated with orders.
- Performs overtime when needed especially.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
- At least Nitec and above.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
