Basic pay of SGD 2,800 per month, plus commissions based on sales achieved, and transport allowance. Additional KPI-based incentives are also available.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Ready-Mixed Concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
Revisit and engage with old customers to rekindle business relationships.
Approach and acquire new customers to expand the company's client base.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Experience in customer relationship management or sales in the construction industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong sales record.
Possess own car (preferred); transport allowance will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
