Adecco is partnering with a well-established multinational chemical company committed to nurturing robust business relationships with clients in diverse industries, such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences.

The team is looking to hire for a Customer Service Admin to join their team! This role requires the incumbent to maintain data accuracy and foster customer relationships.

Job Details:

  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 8am - 5pm
  • Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
  • Salary up to $3,300 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
  • Assist to receive all customer enquiries and details.
  • Prepare invoices and monthly reports.
  • Assist Sales team in preparing proposals.
  • Ensure system information are updated and assist to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to work and adapt well in teams
