A day in the life of...

  • Document controller for quality system
  • Provides administration and secretarial support
  • Fixed asset management for NQAC.
  • Management of and contact point for NQAC facilities.
  • Maintain and further develop website presence of NQAC (Intranet, Commercial Portal and Nestle SG site)
  • Generating quotes for analytical service (external customers).
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Issuance of analytical report
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries,
  • Procurement: request for quotation, generate PR, follow up on PO and order status. Consumable management.
  • Assist in sample handling (receipt, registration)
What will make you successful
  • A level or diploma in any discipline with preference in administration
  • Basic knowledge of Quality System and GLP
  • Knowledgeable in contaminants chemistry and Matrices analysed in Nestle
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Diligent and focus working attitude and sensitive to timing
  • Able to obtain results through others without direct reports (coordinator)
