Roles:
  • Creating quotes and managing customer orders
  • Assisting customers through various communication channels
  • Managing and resolving shipment and pricing issues
  • Correcting part number errors and coordinating with suppliers
  • Coordinating with stakeholders on customer orders
Requirements:
  • 1 year in high-volume order processing and customer inquiries
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptable to independent and team-based work
  • Performs well under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in MS Office
