Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products
Process customer orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
Maintain and update customer records and service reports
Assist in preparing quotations, billing, and other administrative tasks
Follow up on outstanding issues and provide timely updates to customers
Support sales or operations team with documentation and coordination work
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent
Able to multitask and handle work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an advantage
