- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant role with knowledge in
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Able to communicate in English with excellent written skills for handling English speaking person
- Good team player, energetic personality, positive attitude
- Assist leadership team in administrative functions such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents and sorting of claims documents
- Answer customer enquiries via various channels such as emails, web chat, whatsapp, and liaise with other team members to get the right answers to the customers
- Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and preparation of payroll summary
- Prepare submission of CPF contributions and Tax Clearance
- Provide simple finance support functions such as occasionally
- Purchase office stationery, equipment and services where needed
- Ad-hoc tasks to support business operations as assigned
