Job Requirements


  • 5 days work week
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant role with knowledge in

Microsoft Excel/Word and experience with InfoTech HR system is a plus
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English with excellent written skills for handling English speaking person
  • Good team player, energetic personality, positive attitude





  • Assist leadership team in administrative functions such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents and sorting of claims documents
  • Answer customer enquiries via various channels such as emails, web chat, whatsapp, and liaise with other team members to get the right answers to the customers
  • Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and preparation of payroll summary
  • Prepare submission of CPF contributions and Tax Clearance
  • Provide simple finance support functions such as occasionally

coordinating billing and payment
  • Purchase office stationery, equipment and services where needed
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support business operations as assigned
