Sports Schooling is looking for a proactive and organised
Customer Service & Admin Executive
to join our growing team.

Location:
Multiple locations (fixed site rotation)
Working Hours:
Mon, Wed, Thu & Fri: 10am - 7pm
Sat or Sun: 7.30am - 6pm (with 2.5hr lunch break)
Off days: Tue & Sun

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, students, and coaches on-site with enquiries and operational needs
Mark attendance and help manage class operations and scheduling changes
Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Assist with trial class bookings, registration, make-up class requests, and payments
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, pantry items, merchandise, and first aid across all locations
Coordinate procurement, delivery, storage, and distribution of items as needed
Ensure the reception/front desk area is clean, presentable, and welcoming
Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance at venues
Handle programme-related communications (e.g., registration, payment follow-ups, memos before/after camps)
Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of swim programmes and seasonal camps

Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service and/or administrative support
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable working with families and children
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Willingness to work weekday evenings and weekends
