About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and service-focused

Operations Coordinator

to support daily operations and customer service matters. This role involves assigning technicians, coordinating service jobs and handling inbound service enquiries.


Responsibilities


--------------------

Handle incoming service enquiries and coordinate follow-ups Schedule and assign technicians for on-site service jobs Liaise with customers on job updates and service requirements Maintain service records and job documentation Assist in generating reports and operational summaries Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Requirements


----------------

1-2 years of coordination, customer service or admin experience preferred Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided Good communication and follow-up skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Team player with a positive attitude
