Job Description

Salary up to $2580 (6 months)





Primary Responsibilities:



Support the Business Development Team with administrative tasks such as verifying learner funding, enrolling learners, and managing payment follow-ups. Conduct telemarketing outreach to engage potential learners. Compile spreadsheets, maintain filing systems, and trace documentation for reporting purposes. Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Secondary Responsibilities:



Provide relief coverage for the Front Desk and Customer Service Officer during breaks or absences. Be well-versed in our course offerings and confidently explain them to walk-in and phone enquiries. Assist walk-in customers with class sign-ups and payments. Handle phone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.

What You Bring



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A Diploma in Business or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
