About the Company: Our client is one of Singapore\'s leading waste management companies. The company provides a range of high quality, reliable services exclusively to their industrial and commercial customers from various industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, power generation, electronics, marine, engineering, and semiconductor. The company operates out of a single, integrated Special Waste Management Centre comprised of nine main treatment and recovery facilities on a 7 hectare plot of land.

Responsibilities:
  • Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support
  • To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
  • Ensure the customer orders has been entered accurately in the company internal system.
  • Ensures sales related documentation are administrated within company guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support effectively and efficiently.
  • To assist in preparing proposals provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
  • To assist Customer Service Manager and Director \xe2\x80\x93 Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications. To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of related working experience is required. Well organized with good coordination and customer service oriented.
