Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
- Responsible in resolving customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and operational issues to achieve customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction
- Responsible for handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiry/ tender for the company products and services
- Responsible for processing quotation and sales order on day to day basis
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on submitted quotation and tender status
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
- Min 1 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Precision/ CNC Industry
