Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To receive and process sale orders.
  • To ensure accuracy of sales orders created, maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Managing Indoor Sales Support
  • Communicate with customers on enquires, quotations and all sales support related matters through to completion
  • Perform Administrative Duties and Order Processing
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
  • Assist in inventory control
  • All other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirement:
  • Preferably with relevant working experiences
  • Sales-oriented with strong customer focus instinct
  • Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Aggressive with good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
  • Multi-tasking and energetic
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
