Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
Perform invoice closing.
Preparation of quotation when required.
Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering) with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
Possess valid Class 3 driving license
Experience in Customer Service Roles is preferred
Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
Candidates who have prior experience in Automobile industry will have an added advantage
Paya Lebar, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Alternate Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm
