Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Changi Airport
- AWS + Performance bonus + Yearly increment
- Staff discount
- Assist airlines for the front line counter operation
- Assist in gate duties - Scanning of boarding pass & work closely with flight caption / cabin crew / airline representatives
- Assist with lost & found services for baggage and conduct tracing activities
- Assist passenger with special needs/handling
- Computer literacy, basic computer skill
- Airline or customer service experience will be added advantage
