Responsibilities

Responsible

  • Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers
  • Ushering and escorting of passengers to their destination within the airport premises (eg. transit, pick-up point)
  • Attend to customers’ needs and ability to meet clients’ requests and queries
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects

Requirements
  • Comfortable with working at Changi Airport
  • Customer-oriented and self driven
  • Okay with working on rotating shift work (including mid-night shift), weekends and public holiday (if required)
  • Okay with long standing hours
