Key Responsibilities:
Manage ticketing, bookings, tour scheduling, and merchandise sales.
Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general enquiries.
Support guided tours by coordinating with guides and preparing visitor groups.
Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and security of exhibits and equipment.
Respond to feedback and resolve visitor issues with professionalism.
Submit daily activity and operations reports to the Centre Director and Manager.
Participate in staff training, team briefings, and operational updates.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
(Full-Time)
Must be able to work on
weekends and public holidays.
Renewable contract.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Fluent in both verbal and written in English and preferably with an additional language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil).
Familiar with MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling or reporting.
Preferred but Not Required
Background in tourism, hospitality, customer service or cultural heritage.
Passion for history, storytelling, and cultural experiences.
