Job Description

Working Location: Changi Business Park or Jurong East, Toh GuanWorking Days: 5 days work week (1 weekday and 1 weekend OFF)Working Time:
Shift 1: 7am - 4pm
Shift 2: 9am - 6pm
Shift 2: 4pm - 1am:
Handling of inbound calls, emails, live chat and video teller machine only.
No outbound calls needed to be made.Will be handling 6 areas:
Banking related products
Unsecured lending
Wealth Treasury
Customer Solutions
