Customer Service and Operations Support for Changi Mobile Business.

Responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable to build rapport both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Changi Mobile sales orders are verified and provisioned with accuracy on a day-to-day basis
  • Support Level 2 Product /Technical/ Billing escalation from Internal / External Customers
  • Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly operation report
  • Perform and abide to all Operational & Sales Procedures and reports
Requirements
  • Higher NITEC with at least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Willing to work on shift (9am-6.30pm / 11.30am - 9pm), public holidays and weekends
  • Prior experience in Customer Service of Telco will be at advantage
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
